A Full Fall!

This month our work is winding down, and we start to think about planting our garlic.  If you are a CSA member shares include options similar to the spring with the addition of some fall delights such as sweet potatoes! Below are some of the crops you can expect during this month:

We love a meal cooked in one pan, it makes clean up super simple and bonus; this recipe tastes amazing! Sweet potatoes and brown rice offer a hearty base to runny delicious eggs. This recipe would be great on its own or paired with a simple baby green salad.
